We had to do a fast move due to a job relocation - like pack up and move in under a few weeks. She helped us tour SO MANY homes (20+) on very short notice but she was willing to amend her schedule to fit ours since we were located so far away and could only tour when we could spare a random evening to travel up to the area. She even did virtual tours for us when homes came up we wanted to see but couldn't travel up in time to do a proper tour. After having many offers unfortunately fall through we finally had one accepted on a house we absolutely fell in LOVE with when we toured it!!! Despite touring so many homes, Erin always made each one a fun experience and was very good about pointing out possible issues or noting things we should inspect thoroughly. She gave us excellent recommendations for inspections and set those up for us so everything ran smoothly. I could not recommend her and this company enough. We had excellent experiences through the entire home buying process! Thank you guys, we just love our new home!!!

She has great communication and explained everything well if we ever had any questions. We encountered a few hiccups along the way (on the buyer's end) that delayed the closing date, but Tina was very prompt at communicating what was going on and getting the solutions we needed so everything was taken care of ASAP on our end of the deal. The Weichert team in Battle Lake is wonderful and we would work with them again for any of our real estate needs!
